KERRY HIKING

I highly recommend this beautiful hiking tour led by Cesar. The scenery is truly magical and serene. You will see everything- peaceful waters, gentle waterfalls, spectacular views and rock formations. We were treated to amazing sunshine the day we hiked and conditions couldn’t have been more perfect. However it is good to know this is not a stroll down groomed hiking trails- scrambling at points and a good level of fitness is required for the 6-8 hour trip. Cesar was amazing in guiding our small group and was constantly mindful of showing up the safest way to step and manoeuvre our way. Thank you Cesar and I highly recommend his tour. 

Fantastic experience! Cesar was extremely knowledgeable of the mountain and local area from doing this so regularly. He was great at tailoring the hike to meet my needs as I am not a very experienced hiker. Important to note that the hike is very strenuous and some scrambling/ climbing is required continuously for like an hour or so. I consider myself to have a decent level of general fitness and I found it very challenging. Similarly on the way down there are gulleys which you will need to climb down with sheer drops beneath you so be prepared for this. It is not just a steep walk. That being said, Cesar ensures the safety of all of his clients and I really could not have been in any better hands so thank you Cesar.

Cesar was amazing!! Definitely book with him if you are visiting Ireland and looking for hiking spots and he will keep you safe. Cesar is kind, knows it all, and will take you to see the best. The hike is perfect for getting a 360 view of Killarney National Park and so worth it! My friend and I loved the steady incline and it was exactly the moderate hike we wanted.
